WireDraft is a browser-based tool for marking up electrical blueprints. We designed it to keep your work private by default. This policy explains what data is handled, and where.

Your projects stay on your device

Blueprints, symbols, and annotations you create are saved to your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). They never leave your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, recover, or access your saved projects.

Feedback you send us

When you send feedback through the "Feedback" link, we collect the message you write and, optionally, your email address. Email is optional so you can stay anonymous; if you include it, we use it only to reply to you. Feedback is processed by Formspree, our form provider. See Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle submissions.

What we do not collect

We do not require an account to use WireDraft. We have no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information.

Cookies and local storage

WireDraft uses browser local storage (IndexedDB) solely to save your projects on your device. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Data retention

Your projects remain stored on your device until you clear your browser's site data or delete them in the app. Feedback submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond.

Children

WireDraft is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
